Busy operating a small team and managing the day-to-day pressures of their business, updating marketing literature was something directors Levi and Julien were happy to outsource to the experts.
Deputy Chief Wordsmith Kat Trinder MCIPR took on the project, applying the defined tone of voice as per the brand guidelines to reflect the voice and personality of Fowler & Powell. The four-page customer centric brochure was written in a conversational and down to earth style, while retaining sincerity and professionalism.
