Specialising in supporting membership organisations retention and recruitment campaigns, Darkhorse initially asked us to review an architectural client’s member value proposition and support with their membership recruitment campaign, which included email copy and social media messaging. The turnaround time was incredibly tight, but our team rose to the challenge, and delivered the content on schedule. We approached the project with fresh perspectives, offering our insights and expertise, and raising important considerations the client may not have thought of.
The client was very pleased with the results and Darkhorse have since enlisted Wordsmiths to work as an extension of the Darkhorse team, with another of its membership organisations which needs help with discovering its brand narrative and architecture and developing tone of voice.
